Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose
To provide reasonable incentives for external individuals to participate in the marketing activities of the company's 3D printing services, thereby aligning value and rewards.
To ensure mutual success and a positive partnership by clearly defining the rights and obligations of both parties.
To introduce potential cooperation methods broadly.
2. Scope
This agreement applies to the marketing cooperation of AutofabX 3D printing services, covering both domestic and international business. The applicable roles include:

Promotion Specialist | Primarily responsible for promotion activities, with some involvement in following orders to earn commissions. | Activities include email marketing, phone marketing, KOL promotions, generating customer leads, and following up on inquiries. |
Operations Specialist | Supports internal operations within the company. | Includes partner recruitment, account management, training management, marketing channel development, and resource management. |
Training Instructor | Primarily focused on internal partner training. | Provides training on modules such as customer acquisition, customer follow-up, and order closing. |
Note: Each individual may assume multiple roles simultaneously.
3. Compensation Structure and Commission Plan

3.2 Commission Calculation Rules
Commissions are calculated based on special rewards and order commission, divided into two components:
Special Rewards
Sales > 4,110 USD sustained for 2 months: special reward of 137 USD .
Sales > 8,220 USD sustained for 2 months: special reward of 274 USD .
Sales > 12,330 USD sustained for 2 months: special reward of 411 USD .
Notes:
If the target is not met for 2 consecutive months, the special reward will be downgraded or canceled.
When cumulative sales reach 13,700 USD , a bonus package of 685 USD is awarded. Any previously issued special rewards will be deducted from the bonus package.
Order Commission
a. New Customer Commission (First 3 Orders)
Grade A: (Sales - Logistics Cost) * 13%;
(Sales - Logistics Cost - Outsourcing Cost - Compensation - Damage) / (Sales - Logistics Cost) > 35%.Grade B: (Sales - Logistics Cost) * 9%;
(Sales - Logistics Cost - Outsourcing Cost - Compensation - Damage) / (Sales - Logistics Cost) < 35%.
b. Returning Customer Commission
Grade A: (Sales - Logistics Cost) * 10%;
(Sales - Logistics Cost - Outsourcing Cost - Compensation - Damage) / (Sales - Logistics Cost) > 35%.Grade B: (Sales - Logistics Cost) * 8%;
(Sales - Logistics Cost - Outsourcing Cost - Compensation - Damage) / (Sales - Logistics Cost) < 35%.
Notes:
Commissions are issued in the month following payment collection and the issuance of logistics cost invoices.
For the first 5 orders, the Promotion Specialist must work with a customer service representative assigned by the company for quotations and order processing.
The Operations Specialist's base salary must be discussed in advance, including daily working hours and monthly work goals.
The Training Instructor's commission is 6.85 USD per hour, with training content and schedules to be agreed upon in advance.
