Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before production begins. If you cancel your order before the product is produced, you will receive a full refund. However, once the product has been produced, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns and Exchanges (If Applicable)

AutofabX will accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Quality Issues by AutofabX: If the product does not meet the quality standards of the People’s Republic of China, and the issue is verified to be caused by AutofabX, we will facilitate either a return or re-production for you.
Return or Reproduction Timeline: Products that need to be returned or reproduced must be processed within three days from the date of reproduction confirmation. (Shipping time varies based on location)
AutofabX will not accept returns or exchanges for issues beyond our control, such as:
Post-Delivery Issues: Issues like moisture, discoloration, or any other damages that occur after the product has been delivered and received.
Insufficient Returns: When the quantity of returned products is insufficient or incomplete.
User Errors: Any errors caused by the user, including incorrect specifications or improper use.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Rules: Upon confirmation from AutofabX, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 15 working days. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact your account manager or our customer service team for further assistance.
