We ship worldwide!
To ensure efficient delivery, we currently partner with DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS. You can select your preferred shipping service during checkout in our ordering system.
All international orders may be subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in your order or shipping total. Unionfab is not responsible for any import fees; the parcel recipient is responsible for covering all associated costs.
Please note that Unionfab is not liable for any shipping delays or issues caused by customs processes, natural occurrences, handoffs from the logistics company to the local carrier, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
If you wish to use other shipping methods, please contact our customer service team at service@autofabx.com or reach out to your account manager before placing your order.
Delivery Inspection
To protect your interests, please follow these guidelines when inspecting your deliveries:
Before accepting or signing for your delivery, inspect the parcel and its contents for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Check the products, quantity, product checklist, and invoices (if applicable).
Every order dispatched from our factory is carefully inspected. If you receive a damaged parcel, incorrect products, product shortages, or other issues, please contact your account manager or our customer service team.
We recommend signing the proof of delivery personally upon receiving the parcel. If someone else signs for the parcel without the delivery personnel being present, any resulting issues will be your own responsibility.
Please report any product-related issues to your account manager within three days of receiving the parcel.
